Comprehensive development of the economic activity zone – MARR Business Park

Intensive development of Kraków attracts investors. The expansion of the City’s logistic infrastructure provides an opportunity to raise the region’s investment attractiveness. MARR Business Park is a propos al for companies looping for modern space.
The goal of the project is to develop the MARR Business Park economic activity zone and raise the quality of the Małopolska investment offer addressed to foreign and local companies.
Recipients: The main recipients of the project are entrepreneurs running economic activity: leaseholders of areas at 10 Nad Drwiną Street and the future clients of MARR.
Results: The project will result in the rise in foreign direct investments and development of local enterprises, the increase in the number of companies located at the economic activity zone and the creation of new work places.
Measures within the project: The project envisages, for example, construction and modernisation of road infrastructure, expansion of the sanitary, storm and waterworks drainage installations, reconstruction of the measurement system, and completion of electric energy terminal.
Execution period: March 2010 – June 2011
Source of financing: Project co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund, and executed under the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013, Measure 4.3, Scheme B.
