A Malopolska Regional Development Agency fund designed for Housing Communities for building renovations and investments connected with housing infrastructure.
For whom? The offer is addressed to Housing Communities from the following poviats (districts): Bochnia, Brzesko, Chrzanów, Gorlice, Kraków, Olkusz, Oświęcim, Proszowice, Tarnów, Wadowice, Wieliczka and the cities of Kraków and Tarnów.
Objective: for building renovations and investments connected with housing infrastructure.
How much? Max. PLN 200,000.
Conditions:
- For up to 60 months
- Preferential interest rate: 0.7 of the Polish National Bank rediscount rate for bills of exchange (currently: 2.63%)
- Up to 1 month grace period.
The granting of a loan is charged with a one-time commission fee of 1.0% of the amount loaned. Housing Communities are required to ensure a 20% own input in the realisation of the undertaking.
