Loans for micro, small and medium entrepreneurs

MARR has a new offer – up to PLN 400,000 to start and develop your own enterprise. The Malopolska Regional Development Agency is introducing a new loan offer for entrepreneurs. Micro, small and medium enterprises can receive up to even PLN 400,000 right away to start and develop their business activity.
For whom? Micro, small and medium entrepreneurs from the Malopolska voivodeship (region).
How much? Between PLN 10,000 and 400,000.
For what?
- Loans can be granted for purposes directly connected with starting or developing business activity
- Current costs of running business activity and consumer purchases cannot be financed from the loan.
Conditions:
- For a period of 60 months with the possibility of a 6-month grace period for capital repayment
- Interest rate: 5.49% annually (from 8.49% annually for enterprises starting their activity), interest rate is calculated in accordance with guidelines on setting repo rates
- Prerequisite: 20% of own input
- Loans carry a one-time commission fee of 1.0% (for loans to be repaid in up to 24 months) or 1.5% (for loans to be repaid in a period over 24 months) of the amount loaned,Loan repayment is secured with a blank bill of exchange agreement
- The security may also take the form of a mortgage, pledge, guarantee by natural or legal persons, transfer of ownership, transfer (assignment) of claims, bank guarantee, deposit or bank account freezing. The value of the proposed security should correspond to the loan amount.
NB: In the case of applicant running business activity for more than 24 months and their enterprise being in good financial condition, the loan may be secured with a blank bill of exchange for sums of up to PLN 30,000.
