Wesea Sp. z o.o.
It is another company in the “Capital Investments” Fund portfolio established in September 2010. The company will offer innovative solutions in the area of cooling installations based on the Free Cool Energy technology.
Free Cool Energy enables the limitation of electric energy consumption for cooling industrial technological processes, and supplying of air-conditioning systems for commercial, residential and public-utility buildings.
The essence of technology offered by the company is the usage of cool subsoil waters with year-long stable temperature for the cooling of industrial processes. The technology can also be applied in cooling installations in all places where it is necessary to constantly maintain low temperature, e.g. for storing food or pharmaceutical products, or directly in the air-conditioning systems of buildings, production and warehouse halls.
When the technology is used for cooling industrial processes, it is possible to use the received heat for heating rooms and even the whole buildings. The main advantages of technology offered by the company is:
Limitation of electric energy consumption used in air-conditioning installations for cooling even by 30-70%, and in case of cooling of technological processes even by 90%;Short cycle of installation completion, high reliability and quiet operation of applied devices;No negative impact on natural environment.
Wesea Sp. z o.o.’s offer also includes audits and energetic counselling, as well as training sessions about Free Cool Energy usage.
MARR for Wesea: The WESEA project’s support by the “Capital Investments” Fund of the Małopolska Regional Development Agency was determined by the innovative and environmentally-friendly nature of technology and its high economic attractiveness for clients.
We will invest in the company the total of PLN 750,000 taking up 40.5% of shares. MARR’s support involves, on the one hand, financial involvement and, on the other hand, the completion of technical and market surveys and legal counselling at the stage of preparations for launching the company.
Mijusic Sp. z o.o.
This is the first company in the “Capital Investments” Fund portfolio founded in July 2010. Mijusic, its flagship product, is a modern innovative application for the formation of ear for music addressed to musical schools and music enthusiasts.
‘Mijusic’ is an absolute novelty on the market of didactic music aids. It introduces the elements of fun and competition, emphasises novel approach to learning, and allows to adapt the level of exercises to individual skills.
The product is not only pioneer on the Polish market but, most of all, technologically innovative, as it is created on the basis of intelligent algorithm.
The application can appear on the market already at the end of this year with versions for schools and individual users.
MARR for Mijusic: During the many months of cooperation with the idea’s owner, Michał Kluzowicz, apart from the capital injection, the Małopolska Regional Development Agency additionally supported the company by financing market surveys concerning the demand for such product, surveys of the trademark registration capacity, tax counselling services and info broker service of the German market of music education.
In the pre-incubation period the vision of the future enterprises was developed in greater detail and the business plan was updated. The cooperation was crowned with the conclusion of investment agreement and the articles of incorporation of the newly established company. Thanks to the involvement of the resources of the “Capital Investments” Fund the passage from an idea to business became a fact.
We will invest in the new company PLN 700,000 taking up 49.58% of its shares.
