Supporting economic activity in electronic economy.
For what: projects in offering services in the electronic form and, possibly, manufacturing digital products necessary for offering such services. Creation of and offering at least one e-service are required of a project eligible for receiving support.
For whom: micro and small enterprises operating for no longer than 12 months
When: next application calls will be announced in 2010
Intensity of support: maximum 85% of eligible expenses (investments, purchase of services, remuneration of persons directly engaged in project realisation, promotion, training – expenses on training must not exceed 10% of other project expenses)
Project value and amount of support: minimum project value: PLN 20,000; maximum project value: PLN 1 million (one subsidy per one entrepreneur during the realisation of the Measure); maximum amount of financing: EUR 200,000 (de minimis aid)
Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007–2013 is aimed at supporting broadly understood innovativeness. Intervention under OP IE will cover both direct support for enterprises, business-surrounding institutions and scientific entities offering high quality services to enterprises and systemic support ensuring the development of the institutional environment of innovative enterprises. Support under OP IE is granted regardless of the sector it is related to (bearing in mind the limitations resulting from the allowable scope of intervention of the ERDF and regulations on public aid). Because of that it complements the actions provided for in 16 Regional Operational Programmes and other national programmes included in the National Cohesion Strategy
