Supporting the implementation of electronic B2B-type business.

For what: Undertakings of both technical (IT) and organisational character aimed at the realisation of business processes in the electronic form, involving three or more cooperating enterprises (implementation of new or integration of existing IT systems in enterprises aimed at automation of information exchange between IT systems of the cooperating enterprises).

For whom: micro, small and medium enterprises cooperating with at least two other enterprises on the basis of civil-law contracts

When: next application calls will be announced in 2010

Intensity of support in the Malopolska voivodeship: investment expenses: for a micro or small entrepreneur – 70% of expenses qualified as supportable, for a medium entrepreneur – 60% of expenses qualified as supportable; expenses on counselling: 50% of expenses qualified as supportable; expenses on specialist training: for a micro or small entrepreneur – 45% of expenses qualified as supportable, for a medium entrepreneur – 35% of expenses qualified as supportable (expenses on training must not exceed 10% of other project expenses); expenses on promotion and remuneration of persons directly engaged in project realisation: 85% of expenses qualified as supportable

Amount of support: minimum financing: PLN 20,000, maximum financing: PLN 2 million.

Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007–2013 is aimed at supporting broadly understood innovativeness. Intervention under OP IE will cover both direct support for enterprises, business-surrounding institutions and scientific entities offering high quality services to enterprises and systemic support ensuring the development of the institutional environment of innovative enterprises. Support under OP IE is granted regardless of the sector it is related to (bearing in mind the limitations resulting from the allowable scope of intervention of the ERDF and regulations on public aid). Because of that it complements the actions provided for in 16 Regional Operational Programmes and other national programmes included in the National Cohesion Strategy.
